Wincey's Pancake Game is Fire


Josh Wincey’s Paleo Protein Pancake Recipe

1 mashed banana
2 whole eggs
Just under 1/3c almond flour
1/6 c coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 glob of almond butter (1.5 tbsp ish)
Decent dash of cinnamon
Quick squeeze of honey (not much more than 1 tsp)
1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Thin out batter to preferred thickness by very slowly adding a little bit of almond milk or coconut dream beverage.

Preheat pan only to medium. Add blueberries, and drizzle with small bit of honey on plate.
