Preview: Flow Kimonos Hemp Belt

I love my new hemp belt from Flow Kimonos! I've only washed it once so far and it already feels broken in. And what a pretty color! Purple belt forever! (Just kidding!)

Preview: OSS Daruma Kimono

This is my third OSS gi, the Daruma Kimono and it's the nicest one yet! Size K4 fits great, though the skirt is longer than I'd like at 29 inches. I love how soft and luxurious the gold weave feels! I could sleep in this gi! Unfortunately, this gi is out of stock on the Oss Clothing website but if you're really interested, message them to find out what's up! Their customer service is amazing.

Preview: Grab & Pull Premium Version 3 Grey Women's Gi

This is my very first Grab & Pull gi and I absolutely love it! Size F1 fits great, though maybe a little tight on the shoulders. So far it's been comfortable to roll in an all around awesome gi. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find this gi for sale anywhere but it's listed on RollMore for $149.99. I bought it on BJJHQ a little while ago for $100 so maybe it will come up again.

Review: Submission Fight Company Hemp BJJ Tshirts

Brazilian jiu jitsu is addictive and after you’ve been training for a while, you’ll notice that it has taken over your life. When my fitness routine consisted of lifting weights five days a week, I never wore anything outside of the gym that would indicate that weightlifting was “my thing”. My workout gear consisted of cheap shorts or gym pants and tshirts I got at Walmart. Things are much different now. Now I have more jiu jitsu gear than I have normal clothing. Now most of my tshirts are BJJ-related even though I’m almost forty (sad, I know). So when When Shakib Nassiri, the owner of Submission Fight Company and a purple belt under Jean Jacques Machado, contacted me about reviewing the new hemp Brazilian tshirts, I agreed immediately.
